His professionalism continued as he entered our home in a clean uniform, donned shoe covers to protect our floors and immediately went into the attic to inspect our current 15 year old units. He then proceeded to interview us (asking us how long we intended to stay in our home, what types of efficiency we were looking for in an AC unit, etc.) so that he could help us determine what type of system might be a good fit for us. He was never pushy and provided us with information on a variety of units that might fit our needs and our budget. He also included additional options that we might want to consider, such as air purifying systems and mold inhibiting accessories. When we had questions about any product, he promptly emailed us or called us with additional information, and also encouraged us to do our own research as we considered our different options. He also informed us about our options to get CPS credit for our electricity bill based on purchasing certain units and even processed the necessary paperwork for us to take advantage of those offers which resulted in over $1,000 of credit for us. Whenever we spoke, it was evident that he was passionate about his products, was dedicated to maintaining the highest level of training for himself and his employees, and was eager to ensure customer satisfaction. When we installed two units in our home, he and his assistant worked steadily throughout the day for three days. They were always on time, kept us informed about what they were doing, and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. “Gabriel and Chris from 'Priority Air Service' are FANTASTIC! MONDAY (3/14/2016) Our A/C unit (26 year old Trane) was finally showing signs of needing repair so we called Gabriel from 'Priority Air Service'. He arrived within a couple of hours and quickly got to work assessing the problem. We had called him two years ago when a similar issue surfaced and he advised us then that this A/C was nearing it's 'end of life' at that point. Nevertheless, he was able to patch it up and we got a couple more years service out of it. Since we had such a good experience last time, we didn't hesitate to call him again. Gabriel quickly assessed the problem and gave us couple of options. He could patch up the old unit by replacing the fan but there was no way of telling how long that would work before we experienced further problems since this unit was so old. Or he could install a brand new Trane A/C unit which would last for many years to come. Since summers here in South Texas are very hot, we opted to have him install a brand new A/C unit for us before summer really sets in. Once that decision was made, he was able to secure us financing through 'Synchrony Bank' so we would be able to make monthly payments on the new A/C. He had another job scheduled before ours so we agreed to have him come back on Thursday for the install. In the meantime, he and Chris provided us with two portable room A/C's (free of charge) to keep us cool until the job could be done. They worked great and kept the house cool for us until he could get back to install the new unit. THURSDAY (3/17/2016) Gabriel and Chris arrived around mid-morning after gathering up supplies needed for the job at hand and got to work. Like a 'well oiled machine' they worked together throughout the day and into the evening. With only a short break for lunch that my sister provided, they didn't stop until the job was done and our new A/C unit was working beautifully. While installing the new unit, they observed some issues with our air ducts and water heater gave us valuable information on those things too. They actually patched up a shoddy air duct job (done by a different company several years ago) and tightened a leaking water heater hose for us - all free of charge. Gabriel and Chris got us 'up and running' and left for the day promising to come back tomorrow to check everything, finalize the paperwork and pick up the portable A/C units. FRIDAY (3/18/2016) Gabriel and Chris came back Friday afternoon to check everything out. As expected, everything was working perfectly! We finalized the paperwork and they picked up their portable A/C units. We were very happy that the final bill only came out to ($#,###.##) as we could have easily paid MUCH more if we had gone with a different company. OVERALL ASSESSMENT: Overall, we are EXTREMELY PLEASED with Gabriel and Chris and their company 'Priority Air Service' and would not hesitate to call on them anytime we are in need of A/C service. These guys are professional, courteous and their 'work ethic' is second-to-none!
